Charesse has built a consulting firm and a community to help business owners get out of their own way, and learn how intentional leadership and exceptional systems can lead to a firm that scales successfully and stands the test of time.
Charesse is based in Houston, Texas, and is a bit of a globetrotter – equally enjoying weekend visits to Galveston and spending holidays abroad. She’s originally from Pittsburgh (go Steelers!), and enjoys gardening, active living to balance the work-from-home life, and spending time with family and friends.
